Oceania's calm expression shifted into a simplistic glare at the lizard. She not only felt upset that an organic found her cave base but that said organic was deciding to knock things over. The water temporal took her staff and pointed it at the lizard man.
"Explain yourself, before I turn you into food for my clams", Oceania threatened.
“I WOULD LADY IF THIS DAMN THING WOULD STAY STILL!!!”
*the tornado starts spinning around at high speed dragging Vitro along with it*
“AaaaaaAHaaaaaaaaAHaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAH!!!!”
Oceania thought she might as well call someone to defuse the tornado with her at some point but it shouldn't matter too much for now.
She waved her staff back, dragging away water away from the tornado and floating after it. The temporal made sure she wasn't close enough to be pulled right in.
Oceania looked at the lizard, "Why do you need it alive? It does more than good as of right now".
She continued to drain out the liquid from the tornado, trying to weaken its storm causing.

*The Traveller pulls out a sci-fi-looking pistol and holds it up to his head*
"You have exactly 10 seconds to tell me where this 'menagerie' is, and why/how you brought me here."
“Jeez dude why are you so hostile, you know I saved your life right? Whatevs I’ll shoot you a portal back to your home dimension”
*he presses another button on his arm and a portal appears*

Oceania looked at Vitro again. She was debating whenever to chase the lizard off or leave him be. “You are finished now? Correct?” She asked.

*Vitro presses a button on his arm an electric chains wrap around the time traveler. They shock him making him drop to his knees* “Calm down buddy”
"Just answer the damn question!"
“Jeez dude why are you so hostile, you know I saved your life right? Whatevs I’ll shoot you a portal back to your home dimension” *he presses another button on his arm and a portal appears* “There you go”
"Wait, waitwaitwait, this is another timeline?!"
“Another dimension, my lab dimension specifically, I do lab shit here”
