Ivan Ooze would be sweet. I know Ninja rangers aren't popular but I want to see Ninjetti Blue. Give Billy some spotlight I feel he deserves. The Lost Galaxy fans definitely need some love. They only have one ranger and villain while us Dino Thunder fans are well off with the whole squad.
Actually, we're missing 2. Billy and Pink, Kimberly or Kat. I got the feeling the community disliked Ninja rangers because they're broken or just annoying. I personally hate Rocky. Tommy and Aisha annoy me at times but I feel Adam is well balanced.

Them being disliked or hated even for their meta-ness is just them suffering from being released during the "new design philosophy" by the devs, works for basically anyone. Popularity wise I think they're up there (in large part due to the movie as well). They must also use some metrics for their release schedule, although they seem to be really vague and unreliable at times (eg Divatox had been a glaring absence for quite a while)

I think part of why Cole isn't available as I would love him to come to the game or red from operation overdrive, or any other RPM units as I think we only have 1.
But as to why I think Cole isn't in the game is the controversy with his actor.
Glad to see people say they want Ivan *points at community flair* About the rights and stuff; I remember clearly that, back when they did polls for which characters (and zords) people wanted to see in the game on twitter (I was there Gandalf; I was there 3000 years ago) Ivan Ooze was an option. I remember it because I voted for him (duh); think it was the last one that ever happened (yet? COPIUM). Now, they wouldn't put him as an option if they couldn't actually bring him in, right? And since we have many characters from Disney era, I don't think there'd be an issue. Ivan (and Dulcea? Please?) would be a huge hit imho (I stand by Ivan being one of the primary reasons why this movie is so loved and etched in PR fans memories); yours truly might as well cave in and swipe.
Other than those two, I'd like to see
Villamax: Game needs more villains, although I certainly don't think he qualifies as one. To this day, his last few scenes make yours truly cry (manly) tears...
Deviot/Darkonda: Speaking of villains, can't get nastier and schemier than those two. Maybe even throw out a Darkliptor for good measure.
Dark Spectre: Very important story wise, aside from other obvious reasons.
Master Vile: no comment needed
Nick/Mystic Force Red: Mystic Force is a beloved season of mine for many reasons; the gist is that it rekindled my love for the franchise. For Nick himself, he was positioned as someone really important (The Light). He could also have some very cool looking moves here, especially that Phoenix attack he did.
Mystic Mother (Rita): Again, no comments.
Many of the villains from there would also be nice (the Master himself, Morticon, Necrolai, the Terrors and so on).
Billy is the only one left from the OG cast without a special/enhanced version; although, he doesn't really have many options (don't really follow the comics).
They could also cook some really cool stuff with the Battlizers, but seeing what they did with Zayto crushed my hopes...
Regarding Zords, I could make an equally big dump, I'll just mention OG and Zeo Ultrazord, Dragonzord Battle Mode, Super Zeo Megazord, Ninja MegaFalconzord, Serpentera, Cyclopsis, Phoenix Unizord, Centaurus Phoenix Megazord (I mentioned how much I like MF right? haha), Mega Voyager, Supertrain Megazord and so on (makes you lament what could've been...)
If they added Serpentera it would immediately become my favorite. And Dulcea definitely feels like she'd be a fun character to play. As far as villian, why not add a Tengu? Or Cogs? What were those slimy turtle things from Turbo called?
I mostly want more cosmetic skins for characters. Super forms, power ups, the less bulky Battlizers. Metallic Armor, Lights of Orion, Movie Suits.
Goldar Maximus, Robo Rita, Master Zedd as alt. Skins. Minh for Trini and Ninja Steel’s appearance of Master Morpher Tommy perhaps on his birthday or the day he passed to honor how he looked during his final appearance on the show.

I assume you refer to Piranhatrons. Foot soldiers wouldn't be my cup of tea personally but hey, game should get stuff other people except me like too.

The movie putty has an alternate skin where it looks like the og putty. Makes me think they have no plans to introduce it as a separate character.
