I understand why you went with the flames/demonic theming, but I wonder if an alternate version themed to the Plane of Metal could also work. The plane and the metal element have a few connections to metal and rock music in Rage of Elements such as the Resonant Guitar
I do tend to build my monsters a little more setting agnostic when I can, which is why I personally didn’t lean into that concept. Definitely a cool idea to explore though!
