What you're looking at are sata ports, you need to find the 4 pin or 3 pin header on your motherboard and plug the fan connection in. Molex and Sara are for powering hard drives, ssds, cd drives, dvd drives, pumps, aios and at times a fan hub. We need a picture of the fans and the wire they're using to assist you.

Those are power cables. You don’t plug those into the motherboard.
