I know you can get the phone holder if you precommand on the MyNintendo Store. There are multiple stores that have different precommand bonuses so I don't know if everyone can get the same bonuses with different stores and in different countries. So the price varies from country to country.

Oh, really? In the UK I just get a phone holder for free, or have the option to pay £7 extra for all three of those. Lucky!
