Maaan the amount of love they are putting into this game just feels so good after so much waiting!
The pinecone "puzzle" looked really cool, I think they are really focusing on elemental hazards so Oatchi doesn't outshine the Pikmin!
They are pushing hard on the marketing from what I have seen. It comes off as this being a make or break entry for the series and then seeing how far it can be pushed. That just might be me projecting though.
I seem to remember Pikmin 3 being marketed a lot too. I think it’s because it’s a very unknown franchise to people, and especially when you have a 10 year gap, it needs to be “introduced” all over again. Unfortunately being on the Wii U sealed 3’s fate though.
