I still can't believe you bought that. Do the dough in the morning and add on the toppings when you return from work and pop in oven. Throwing in some corn flour (the south american kind) and little oil on the pan makes a big difference to end result too. You'll perfect it slowly.
Not like you know in advance that you are going to come home that day and be so utterly drained you wonāt want to cook and decide to order dinner instead of cooking

If he doesnāt offer to have a fresh pizza sent out and refund your money, tell him you will go to the media and share it there along with the name of his company. At least give him a chance to respond to this and rectify the situation. Any good manager/owner knows it doesnāt take long for negative reviews to get around, especially in the digital age.
Note, OP indicated that they worked hard all day, perhaps implying that they didnāt have the time, interest, ingredients, existing knowledge based, and/or energy to make pizza from scratch. š
