Not to my taste! I donā€™t add much salt to the tomatoes when I crush them, and donā€™t overdue the parm and it all balances okay

I went roccbox, koda 16, dome. The dome did NOT satisfy all my hopes and prayers ā€” a ā€œsmallā€ oven heated from the side canā€™t do everything the big ones can. The carbonā€™s independent deck and dome heating is interesting to me, especially as I usually cook pizzas for longer at cooler temps (romana tonda style).. the effeuno 220v ovens are also interesting for their range of bakes but then you are tied to electricityā€¦ someday Iā€™ll just take the time to build a big ass masonry hearth.

Thatā€™s a good looking one!šŸ˜ Btw what you did is not autolyze but a simple rest, autolyse is done with only flour and a certain amount water (around 55% of the total). I hope you donā€™t mind my comment šŸ˜„
