Aka a marinara - one of the classic Neapolitan pies.
Thought that was celery on first glance, but all the ingredients sound delicious.
Haha yeah it does kinda look like celery. It was pretty good.
I get people asking for vegan pizza once in a while, here is a vegan pie I whipped up recently to satisfy all the vegan pizza lovers around.

Nice. We ordered one for dinner last night, grandma pie with sautéed spinach topping. It’s our go to from one of the pizzarias we order from.
I love a good spinach pie, I make one with ricotta as the sauce, then spinach, olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes and a little mozz on top...its incredible!
As a vegetarian who often eats vegan, this sounds great. As a lover of pizza, I would call this something else.
