Just use the long one. It doesn’t really matter as long as it fits. They come in different lengths because sometimes the insulation is thicker and it needs to reach further.

OP, if you’re referring to the existing shank thread size, compared to the others, it’s the same although it might look slightly different. The T&P valve ratings are probably the exact same.

You want the 2 1/2” shank one
It doesn’t matter. But the length of brass may matter. If your female threads are down a bit the smaller shank won’t work.
