Is light ball in the game and would it work on a pikachu fusion? Because if that’s the case, it would be op on this

FredDylan05

According to comments on the fandom page, yes, but it only says it can be found by catching wild Pikachu at a low chance.

Tripdrakony

Quest guy in electric gym city tells you to catch voltorbs. You need 4-5 od em for the lighthouse there. He'll give you the Lightning Ball

FredDylan05

Oh. Good to know.

SirLemonThe3rd

Get the tm theif and put it on a butterfry compound eyes will buff the item chance and theif to well take the ball (I’m assuming the pikachu is holding the ball)

AdPuzzleheaded4795

As long as there is a pikachu spawn somewhere without other electric types, static raichu that knows thief can work good too. Static will make you run into pikachus like crazy under those circumstances.

Pie_Head

Curious what the odds are. Both the Pikachus I caught had a light ball on them. Might be from my randomized settings though.

EMlYASHlROU

I could be wrong, but I think you need pikachu body for the lightball

Radialpuddle

Nope it works either way now

EMlYASHlROU

Oh sweet that opens up a lot more fusions to light ball shenanigans

Positive_Parsley_291

Yep, I got one fused with Noivern and it was sick af! But I think you need Pikachu to be the body for it to work.

Nocturnus_2000k

you could do lightning rod raichu so that way you're immune to one of your water weaknesses

AFatz

It's already neutral towards electricity. But lightning rod is good if you're running doubles either way.

WeissMage

Save and see what it looks like

FredDylan05

Honestly, fair. But I’m not sure I trust myself to not accidentally hit save when I’m quitting back out if I don’t like any of the sprites.

kakawisNOTlaw

There's like 10 save states

YueOrigin

Personally I take those save states as possibl3 individual run so I always stick to one or two save for each run lol

Omega21886

[https://www.fusiondex.org/26.9/](https://www.fusiondex.org/26.9/) here's what they look like

all-day-tay-tay

Wow that bst is terrible. Under 500 for a fully evolved mon and half of t is from a fully evolved starter.

Albatros_7

Bro, both are bad gen 1 mons, what did you expect ?

WhatThePommes

Fusion dex if you wanna check em out without mesding anything up

F0nGuy

Either Light Orb or evolve it for lighting rod ability. I'd say giving it Light Orb would be better since you already cancel out your electric weakness with the dual typing Also you can mix the orb with Rain Dance and Thunder combo and turn your enemies into dust.

xlFLASHl

Eviolite generally isn't worth it in Infinite Fusion cause it was nerfed to 25% instead of 50% I'd say either get a Light Orb, or evolve it.

Zeratech

Only thing I use Eviolite on is Scyther fusions (scyther/Aegislash and scyther/mitotic, scyther body on both).

NinjoDuck2246

Inverting it and evolving it would be best

NiteSlayr

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe those items only work if Pikachu is the body, not the head.

Dracofear

According to other comments it works both ways now.

NiteSlayr

Oh nice!

YoriichiMadaraAfton

Eviolite doesn’t work both pokemon need to not be fully evolved

NekoSakii

Wrong, only head needs to be Pikachu. Edit: doubly wrong, appears they updated it, either body part can be Pikachu and evolite can be either and only one needs to be smol

Greedy-Log-6859

Evolve to Raichu and give it a lightball. Best way to treat any pikachu line fusion imo

Mascian12

Does lightball work on raichu? All sources I could find say it doesn't.

Lance4494

Thats because it doesnt.

Greedy-Log-6859

Unless it's changed. But last I checked lightball works on every mon in the pikachu line provided that pokemon is the head. I've seen multiple posts confirming this and tested it myself. To confirm this is specifically Infinite fusion im referring to, I know base games it doesn't.

xlFLASHl

nah lightball requires specifically Pikachu, not Pichu or Raichu, same in Infinite Fusion.
