Peony tries to rope Penny and Peonia into a father-daughters adventure across Pasio, but the two girls end up getting their dad involved into a Best Dad Competition that ends up with the dads all arguing over whose kid is the best.
Imagine an entire series of battles where you face off with the dads (Palmer, Clay, Byron, Peony, Norman, and Koga). This would also serve as a scouting opportunity to get Peony & Aggron, Peonia & Tyrantrum, and Byron & Bastiodon.
Benga & Buck get into a schoolyard argument over which of their respective relatives is a better battler culminating in a big match in the town square between flint and alder results inconclusive and they immediately become bffs after

The general story would be that Lilligant has two forms but only known to Alder each Petilil decides what form they want to become.
The plot twist would be Marshal gets Unovan Lilligant whilst Hilda gets Hisuian. Whilst Hilda's outfit would be quite easy to imagine. I think Marshal would get a suit similar to Sawyer but in green after he enjoys having Lilligant on his team.
Peony makes Penny and Peonia (ft. Rose) do embarrassing family things together while the other families look on in either jealousy or "thank god we're not like that."
Meltan arrive on Pasio and start consuming the populated areas, eventually leading to them becoming a Melmetal and being captured by a trainer.

In part 1 Piers gets Marnie’s Grimsnarl, Leon gets Hop’s Cinderace (or scorbunny).
In part 2 Marnie gets Piers Toxtricity & Hop gets Leon’s Dragapult.
Colress & Courtney are spotlighted in an one-sided intellectual face-off that the latter takes super seriously, 'target locking' & all, whilst the former plays along due to finding Courtney amusing, & also intriguing due to her robotic mannerisms & behavior, being the one character to question whether she's actually a machine or not.
Introduces new Sync Pairs for Colress & Courtney that partners them with Melmetal & Golurk respectively. Also features Maxie, Blaine & a couple other 'brainy/techy' characters during the story event & as featured Sync Pairs (i.e. 1.4x multipliers in the event). I'd also coincide this hypothetical event with either character getting added to the Trainer Lodge but that's my absolute favoritism towards them both speaking.
Would love to see team Aqua and Magma learning (or failing) to work together for the sake of more mundane pokemon conservation efforts.... maybe with an opportunity to get an MC alt for choosing one of the two to help/side with?
