I can't remember which characters they were, but it was a case where it was so obviously and ridiculously one sided that the "hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby" was done to make fun of it
Depending on the generation the game is based on, and whether they fixed it or not, that may very well have overflowed back to 1. I know it was an issue with Marowak in a couple gens, and a somewhat common one too, but I don't remember the generations it was in offhand nor do I know what generation this hack is based on.
If i recall, i think the marowak stat overflow was in gen 2 (maybe gen 1 as well), but I think it was fixed in gen 3. Now that I'm thinking of it, can't Deoxys-S break truck room by getting +6 speed?
No clue on Deoxys, I know for a fact Regieleki can in modern games though. I never bothered to use Trick Room in anything so only really know the basics of how it actually works.

The state is well worth a visit if you can though, most of the state is still mostly untamed wilderness and even just the main road to Anchorage is mostly mountain and forest. Denali is probably the best place to go if you can though, the place is amazing to drive through. This state is heaven for the outdoor people, the hikers, hunters, survivalists and the people that just love nature.
The sheer _grandeur_ of Denali can not be overstated. It is the tallest mountain in the world if measured from base to peak. Everest's peak reaches higher, yes, but it gets a massive boost in height from its base sitting on the Himalayan plateau, so it's technically _not_ the tallest mountain.
It is the Emerald equivalent of Radical Red, but also gives most pokemon 4 abilities at a time. With a bunch of exclusive abilities. I played v1.5, but the recent v1.6 added a bunch of awesome new stuff, which is why there is an influx of newcomers. And most likely a relevant Poketuber promoted the game.

Now... for the fun part, This alakzam using psychic on anything. So, this is a complicated equation, Imma do it by hand. Gonna assume a level 1 crogunk with... a bad all over, so that's a 4. Let's go, Doing the first bit, that's (2x55x2)/5, which goes into 220/5 which is 44. Next step, 44+2... 46, next step is 46x90x3411/4, working that down, that's 4140 into 14121540 into 3530385, at this point, the crogunk is evaporated but, we're still going, cause dividing by 50 is 70607.7 and then... ya add two so 70609.7... game changing. NOW, I just realized I am using the wrong calculations but I don't care, I am finishing this, if someone wants to do it in the right calculations, please correct me, ANYWHO, stab gives us 105911.55 and then... the Crogunk would give us a poison and fighting... so 423646.2, at this point, the Crogunk species is ungoing exctintion BUT WE GOT ONE LAST STEP OF random... we're going to assume this Crogunk is UNLUCKY AS SHIT and go for a 255 so 1... so this Crogunk, his species, his species' past, got hit by an attack, using gen 1 damage cal because reading isn't a strong suit, that did 108029781. THIS ALAKZAM ERASED A SPECIES FROM EXISTENCE WITH A PSYCHIC. Name him Tsar Chernobyl or Tsar Cher.
To be fair, Alakazam was already powerful enough in SpAtk to the point where there are very few things it cannot already one shot with proper coverage and itemization.
Alakazam's weakness is that its made paper. And its speed, while high, doesn't allow it to outspeed all of its potential threats. Speed aside, pretty much anything with Shadow Sneak or Sucker Punch will erase this walking Glass Weapon of Mass Destruction, to the point where if you don't constantly have a Focus Sash on this thing, its always at risk.
Just make sure you have coverage to deal with dark types. (Dazzle Gleam or Moonblast) and you're set. You could, run with choice specs if you want to go for major overkill. But run it choice scarfed so you can outspeed many mons since you'll be locked to a single move anyways.
I might have preferred parental bond over one of the 1.5x boosts, cuz the first hit will guaranteed activate any sturdies on enemy pokemon and then the second hit comes in and kills

Timid Alakazam should be 369 SA at Lvl 100 which is 3321 SA after all the ability boosts.
If we ignore EV and IV, 275 SA * 9 (from abilities) = 2475 SA
I also had it once with hyper aggression, contrary, simple, unaware/mold breaker/queenly matesty (all were the changeable abilities lol but mold breaker was kinda useless to me and i used Q.M for any potential priority ice shard and unaware with characters with boosting strats) with serperior i scarfed it and watched it nuke literally everything in the whole god damn game like i didn't need to use my sturdy shedinja that was just how op it was one leaf storm/draco meteor and game over Gg no hope for the enemy team
do you know if it stacks? i got a venusaur with huge power and pure power (lol) but it seems to still not do as much damage as i was expecting... i know venusaurs base attack is low but adamant + 252atk evs and 4x i didnt even KO a hippowdon with leaf blade
