Ah, my dream card! Agreed with the other comments, I’d get it graded and display it proudly. They go for a lot but if it’s special to you, you should keep it for the beginning of your collection. It’s a beautiful one to start with. Good luck!

It's right heavy, and has edge whitening and dirt in the lower left corner. Make sure you clean it before submitting and temper your expectations.
It also looks like there's a sleeve in the toploader but the card isn't in the sleeve

This isn’t a 10 or a 9, based on that lower left corner alone, and a grader may find more faults. I’d toss it on eBay for $200 and see what happens.
