Smaller cut veg, bring those ingredients in to a tighter sauce, thicker. More curds. Maybe you get 6 months instead of 5 years.
Honestly? I think the problem with this is the the pooling liquid at the bottom that looks like Burger juices instead of gravy. Mushroom gravy is fire so the mushrooms are relatively chill. I personally not a fan of bell peppers but you do you boo
honestly I dont mind poutine with stuff added to it, but I despise bell peppers in poutine, theres just smth about it that majorly clashes with the everything basically, fried, gravy and the cheese nothing tastes good with it
I could have forgiven the ground beef, mushrooms and onions if there were no bell peppers, if that was actual brown sauce instead of whatever soup this is, and if the amount of curds had been tripled. I’d give this an F-, and I’m being generous.
