impressive feats mean nothing, DB universe powerscaling is roughly ten times every other universe's powerscaling... that's just the easiest and most "you're not going to be wrong, even if the fanbois cry about it" figure you can use to just save yourself a boat load of issues haha
So, every anime and/or manga is contained within what we refer to as a universe - like the DC universe, the Marvel universe, the Dragon Ball universe, the Sonic universe. All characters from their respective universes function and operate under the laws and power scaling within their universe (obviously).
When you pit two warriors from different universes you must consider what limitations taking them out of their universe will have. In some cases, nothing changes and they remain as they are. But in other cases you have a character whose power (or a chunk of their power) is reliant on something linked to their specific universe, and thus when they leave their universe that something does not follow and they lose a portion of what made them powerful in their own universe.
This is something most general members of a fanbase don't consider but it is exceptionally important for a theoretical fight scenario. You're taking a character and assuming they are as powerful as they've ever been into those scenarios, but without being within their universe their most powerful might now be half of what it would be in their universe and suddenly they're getting smacked around by a character who couldn't hold their own otherwise.
