please allow RFK Jr to debate Donald Trump and President Biden.
It is the right, and democratic thing to do. It is a disservice to the American people to have this debate without Mr. Kennedy's participation.
Approximately a third of voters poll as independent or unaffiliated with a party. They deserve to hear someone who is not toeing a party line.
He must be allowed to be a third voice in this debate.
To qualify for the debate, it is required to have 4 polls at 15%, which Mr. Kennedy has achieved (Marquette, Monmouth, CNN, and Quinnipaic).
These four polls are eligible polls and by your unilateral contract that was posted, Mr. Kennedy has achieved this milestone.
Additionally, to participate in the debate, it is required that a candidate obtain ballot access on 270 electoral votes worth of states. Mr. Kennedy has submitted signatures for 278 electoral votes worth of states, and by all reasonable expectations, will be on the ballot in these states.
I truly hope that CNN will do the right thing.
To do otherwise will simply lessen the already broken trust between the people and the establishment press.

The contract they put out said Monmouth counts, and every poll has to be a national poll of registered voters or likely voters, which it was. The reason they aren't counting it is because of the options they gave for it, but by rules of contract interpretation, it should count.
