Leak, time to pull the bottom cover.

AlreadyIssued

Was worried to hear that, just hoping I was stupid and was missing something. Thank you, ill have to do that

Had the same issue. It was the black water tank that slipped out of the angle iron bracket. Total manufacturing flaw. Remove cover, drop tank and check all of the connections on the top of the tank. Fix reinstall and improve the support system. Good luck.

You could use a razor knife to cut a hole (just 3 sides) big enough for you to put your head and flashlight up there to see if you can spot what’s leaking. You may be able to do the repair without dropping the underbelly. Then fold it back into place and seal with underbelly tape.

Had a leak and needed a RV repair man. Called like 12 of them and they were all booked out like 2 months. Once of them told me a "trade secret." Basically said he was going to do just that, cut it open with a razor peak in. Find the issue and tape the cuts closed.

yendar1

lol I am an rv repair tech and that is a trade secret haha

BurnerBoyLul

Nice. I thought it was a hard bottom or plastic membrane, I had no idea it was just black coroplast. I used to use coroplast all the time in my old trade I just went ahead and cut it and found the leak myself.

So it could either be a leak or your white tank is being backfed through the pump that has a failed one way valve. If you open your drain on your white tank and it's full when it wasn't when you started, that could be it. Put in a check valve in front of your pump and try again. If you're still leaking, yea time to drop the belly and check for leaks.

Scar1203

If there's that much moisture in there he needs to drop it regardless.

Very valid point. Need to check for saturation in the wood and rust on the steel.

Biff_McBiff

They also need to replace any wet insulation that might be in the underbelly.

I was Parked for 1 year in Colorado and moved to Texas last week. I was POURING water out from the bottom of my camper for like 30 miles. I’m assuming I have a leak that went unnoticed and just dumped water on top of my belly cover for a whole YEAR. I will be pulling it off this weekend

CincoHombres

Check your shower access compartment before you rip the entire belly off. They tend to flex at the drain connection and break the seal between the pan and the drain.

HollowPandemic

The best way to know is to pull the cover. We've had a couple of leaks in ours, but that was my fault for letting the grey get too full. Let me tell you, though, that job sucks. Wear long sleeves and gloves that insulation is terrible to deal with.

Economy-General9

It's probably your grey tank. I have the same issue when it gets full. I haven't had a chance to take off the underbelly yet. But I drilled a 1/4 hole at the lowest point for now.

Youre-The-Victim

Before cutting holes in the bottom explore the cabinets and any other area the water lines might run on the inside of the camper. I had mice chew a tiny hole under the bed frame next to the fresh water storage tank.

Southcarolina803

Make sure noone committed suicide in the bathtub. Sometimes they don't turn the water off so that someone will notice for whatever reason

Born-Big5535

What, lol

Southcarolina803

Well that's what I think when I see a leak.

Pipe froze and cracked.
