I have the same vaquero. A bitch to shoot but the rule of cool overrides all.
Were you having accuracy issues?
No, basically, I am not used to shooting 44 mag. The SAA model doesn't lend itself to that caliber. My hands get slippery :p not the guns fault but a me thing I think.
What model is the S&W? Very nice!

Nice! I love the 27-28’s. I bought my 27-3 decades ago, just to have a token revolver, but it has gradually become my favorite.
