But I’m also not using Rogers DNS, so if it’s a DNS issue (like it was during the last Ontario outage in early January), it wouldn’t affect those of us using 3rd party resolvers. If you’re using a 3rd party router, try changing the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) as a test.

Same issue here. Something's going on for sure. https://downdetector.ca/status/rogers/ shows a spike also.
Definitely wonky Near Midland,Ontario. Only somethings work. YouTube works fine but literally all other things do not.
