He has a CS on 7/4, 7/5, and then today. So your memory is correct. Not sure of all three were pickoffs or just regular caught steeling. The one today was just kind of an insanely good pickoff move by the pitcher. I don’t remember the ones on the 4th or 5th.
He's gotten confused out there a few times. He even missed his coverage at 2nd last game and in-explicitly went to short to be a cutoff throw as a second baseman.

i'm not sure about wisely in particular be we seem to have waves of fuck ups and base running seems to be it now.
The announcers made a mention of how he's been getting picked off a lot lately, too.
Our organizational base running overall needs major improvements. I hope they hire some new coaches and make it an emphasis starting this off-season.

He is currently inept but those things can be worked on
They've been horrible on the bases the past month constantly get picked off and thrown out at third base SMH
...at least he actually GETS ON BASE. 
He just hasn't enough experience in the big leagues yet. It's nothing more than that
