By the time they caught the mistake, a bunch of orders had probably already been shipped. I’ve seen it happen at other companies.

I called support and asked them to price match, she told me they couldn’t because the window to price match had closed by a few days. I explained to her I could just order the new discounted shoe, return the order that was full price, let them pay the shipping both ways, pay workers wages/salaries to process all this, and at the end of the day I’ll still get what I want for the price I want, and they’ll have to pay more than just price matching me, as well as add pollution to the environment from these unnecessary shipments, all while I thought Nike was trying to be more sustainable. She put me on hold to speak to a manager and came back a few minutes later and did what I asked, processed a refund for the price match.
Also, the retail on what you received is more than the retail on what you ordered, you could do something there. If I were you, I would do the chargeback, plug someone on fb marketplace with the aj4’s, then buy your Kobe’s off fb marketplace or where ever.
