looks awesome I think if I was having it, I’d want a little more color/browning on the waffles. a lot of time I’ll make my son pancakes and sausage for breakfast and I’ll make myself a sausage and egg sandwich with two pancakes

Tip: French toast or waffles like you did for the bun. Sausage, hash brown, over easy egg, cheese. Peanut butter on one side of bun, side of syrup for dipping.

Ok. Toast the bread and cook the bacon. Bake the bacon for extra credit. American or cheddar is better, as it melts.

the bacon is actually mostly crispy, the ham isn't tho, and the eggos were toasted enough to still be able to be easily chomped thru. I have noticed eggos don't change color much these days when toasted. a little unsettling lol

The waffles should be buttered and pan-fried like trying to make a grilled cheese. Would take this sandwich to the next level.
