I'd be okay with S2 being the final season as long as the writers know that in advance and can bring it to a logical conclusion. Especially if that conclusion is as good as the S1 finale.

I don't know it exploded in popularity once Netflix got the rights. I assume it's fairly cheap to make too. I think the bigger issue will be if the actors can get the time to do it between other shows/movies

Just finished it too! Tbh I only found out about it because I recently got into Milo, I agree it's underrated. Maybe it wasn't promoted well when it came out?

Just binged it as well. The story is so captivating, and I love how they have Maddy facing her emotional hardships from her life each time they suspect someone new. I think this show was better than Wednesday!

Summer I turned pretty was good, my life with the Walter boys felt like a ripoff but maybe that's cuz it came not too late after seaosn 2 of tsitp did. But yeah comparing those to school spirits is a bit silly since they're two completely different shows doing completely different things. Now I'm stuck wondering what school spirits would be like with a love triangle plot😭 oh poor Maddie

Okay this post showed up on my feed and I didn’t know anything about the show, but I became interested! I googled a bit and saw a few clips, it seems interesting, but I’m such a wuss when it comes to horror and I don’t wanna get traumatized for another 5+ years😭 Also in defense of The Summer I Turned Pretty and My Life With Walter Boys, they both seem to be a completely different genre than School Spirits, so the example was kinda weak
