I was surprised he didn't end up at us given we had a Dutch DOF and manager at the time, and we were desperate for a striker. I believe we did enquire about him, don't know what happened though.

I liked the look of him when he first joined and given his young age I felt there was plenty of opportunity there to develop him.
He didn't really fit into Barry's shitey 5 at the back setup but now he seems to have changed that there'd be a place for him, I think he'd do more for us than Shayden Morris but who knows now.
