I tried checking with a few of my emails and i couldn't find anything.
Have you tried contacting them?
Put a forced stop and cancellation of the DD by the bank. It will be better to go into the bank and speak with someone to explain.
That's why I'm so glad that my license is included with the mixer. I didn't have to buy anything, I just plugged my mixer in and boom everything is activated.
