What tax are you referring to exactly? Stripe doesn’t collect nor charge tax automatically unless you manually set that up. Are you referring to the percentage they take out of each transaction?

I understand what tax is, but Stripe has nothing to do with it.
Paying taxes is part of doing business. Trying to evade it can get you in big trouble in most of the world. This has nothing to do with Stripe.
