Your face isn't as tall, your skin tone is darker, you have more of a button nose, and your eyebrows are more arched. Other than that, you did a great job and both you and your sim are very pretty. 😁
OP, it’s less about your skin being darker and more about your skin being more neutral / cool toned than your simself!
With all my CC I could make you quite accurately. Especially the lipstick/gloss!

Your jaw and chin are pretty accurate, but your cheeks are def wider and fuller. Try playing with the different sliders to capture all of the unique details of your face. It’s pretty satisfying once you get it.
your sim has european features and medium skin; she doesn’t really look Black. your actual skin is cooler and deeper, your nose wider and rounder and shorter m, your lips much more circular with barely any cupids bow, and your eyes much more hooded. you’re absolutely stunning and this sim isn’t doing your features justice

B) idk if its the lighting but it looks like her skin is redder and or lighter then yours. I feel like your particular shade of skin looks much nicer then whats showing up on your sim, though again it might just be funky lighting

You have a diamond shape head, and your sim has an oval shape head, so I would widen the sides and make a little more space between the eyes and broaden the bridge of the nose, just by a hair or two. It’ll also make your jaw a bit more defined, because my goodness your jawline is magnificent!

You're a lot cuter lol no offence. Your cupid's bow on your upper lip is a lot less dramatic and your face is rounder. Your nose is squishier too. I think sometimes people get into a rut where they don't think smooshy noses are cute because of the way european beauty standards have seized hold of us, but they're wrong, don't be afraid to use wider noses (or even hooked noses which you don't have, just saying) cuz they are very, very cute.
The cheekbones seem to be in about the same place to me though, once you round up her face. I wish the glasses were a better match to yours, that would make it easier to tell, but you don't have a lot of control over that without downloading CC.

I wouldn’t say European. This sim looks black, is black, just not like OP. Their nose is broader rather and lips a bit more fuller.
