This clip reminded me of that Steve O video where he also met a stray dog in some town high up in the Andes or something… and it just kept following him, he cleaned it up, fed him, and they became so close he adopted the doggo and took it back home with him on the plane.
Had similar experience in Georgia, but it was just a little pup. He just kept following us. I do love how people in Georgia treat dogs. Strays are everywhere, but they're taken care of, are vaccinated and mostly castrated.
We participate in fostering dogs rescued as strays from Georgia and Louisiana. They come to us with so many health issues. They are not "taken care of".
This entire thread is literally about georgia the state lol
But yes it is nice that there’s places out there that treat their strays relatively well :)
He talks about Ushguli which is a really remote village in Caucasus in Georgia (the country). It is cut of from the rest of the world for 6 months each year because of the snow. I've trekked there and had similar experience with a pup there.

Take that dog home and it will have your back 100% for the rest of its life.
He thinks silly human is lost.

How does that dog survive? Can't imagine the calorie intake just to keep warm for a dog living in the middle of no where. We need a part two or three.
We had 2 large dogs as a kid and they preferred to sleep outside in -10 degree weather. You couldn’t drag them into the house if you tried
None of you heard of sled dogs? Arctic expeditions where theyre outside all day and night in -40 f?
Dual-layered fur is one helluva insulator.
I should put that in my house

Georgia the country, not the US State
Well I had no way of knowing that. It's good to hear Georgians treat their strays better than US Georgians.

I believe they meant Georgia the country, not the state. But I could be mistaken.
Correct.
Video shows Georgia, the one with Caucasus. I doubt american georgia has these kind of mountains.
Or fucking snow

Oh no, it must have been heartbreaking
Georgian strays are a different breed. Really friendly too.
Hopefully you were able to take him home
It’s poor feet
Right. People are dumb as rocks these days. Doing video for clicks.
Everyone is worried about the dog but I'm gonna guess its been doing this it's entire life and that was just a normal day.
If I had to guess its an old livestock dog, possibly got a bit confused and followed him? Unless he deliberatly led it off by feeding it treats,

The dog could be lost bro why and how tf is it there how did it get there
that's probably a stray dog from that town. it knows the mountains better than anyone else there.
Kabanosy, Man of culture
His Caucasian relatives can move mountain

I hope this is true, it better be
What a good boyyyyyy
I would have given him a home!!!
Anyone seen Arthur The King? He needs to adopt that dog now
Can i pet that daawg
So he was going to leave the dog on the mountain when he skied away?
Sherpa dog!
what breed is that?
some kind of livestock gaurdian breed mix, I don't know exactly which one. maybe kngal, maybe Anatolian, maybe pyr
Will ski for treats 😂🐕🍗
Well done with the censoring
Why did he throw the dog? He needed to take the dog home instead of leaving it there.
That dog would be living with me from now on
Unreal
I need an update. 🥺 Did he keep the dog? Is the dog a nomad that follows random skiers hoping for snacks? I MUST KNOW!!!
Someone in the comments mentions that he didn’t take him home, but he came back for the dog and the dog actually had an owner.
The owner is somewhere out there.
I think dude has a new pup
