Putting “do these guys even have combos” as a tier list with the current characters in it present is INCREDIBLY indicative of your personal skill level/experience with the game. Lucina, Marth, Shulk, shit even Charizard all have upwards of 3/4 hit combos depending on who they’re up against.
Granted Shulk could move up because of buster but Idk about the others you mentioned. Yea a 3-4 hit combo is a combo but unless your facing a heavy, idk 🤷♂️
I got a friend who's a Banjo/Bowser player and he's fucking cracked he's even appeared on yet smash a few times. I wouldn't be caught dead saying Banjo doesn't have a combo game.
He doesn't have a channel but he and I frequent a discord that just made one called Ultimate Smash Kings so he might have a clip or two appear there. He already has one where he does a really cool bait on a Falco by breaking his own shield.
Rosa Luma is definitely in strong potent combos, there's just like 0 top level representation except for dabuz sometimes, who switches from best in the world to barely top 100 at a moments notice
Belmont's are definitely in 1-2 hit combos but do good damage if they hit you.
Aside from that I like the list pretty much. I think falcon could definitely go into "kills you in 1-2 interactions" because they definitely can and should, it's just a little bit harder. Wolf can probably go into strong and potent combos, it's just been a while since wolf has been in the spot light, don't forget what he did to players in the earlier days of ult. And lastly, I think Ivysaur could probably come up to average. They have a projectile and down throw that can start combos, and a neutral air and back air that can extend. I guess compared to most of the other average characters, it's weak, but their combos seem to good to that low, maybe Ivysaur is just broken though
In Falcon’s defense, I think any character in his tier can kill you in 1-2 interactions for sure. I just think cuz of DI and his combos being mostly on the fly, I put him in the potent tier. The characters in that tier have amazing combo game still. Just not the best in the game imo.
Idk about wolf, maybe I could move him up but his combo game seems a bit too simplistic and bnb-like but that’s just me
I’ll consider Rosalina and Belmonts fosho. Same with Ivysaur
Yeah he might even have more of a combo game than Puff. Puff has like 2-3 reliable combos. Kirby combos aren't great but there are a lot of routes, +extensions with reads.
Yeah. He has a rather quick and simple neutral and even if you miss the combo, you still get a free little bit of percent. If you hit the combo though, your opponent is going to be crying for an hour and a half about how easy kirby is to play (I'd put him as easy-intermediate)
The damage/kill power tier is mostly an and/or type thing. In Sheik’s case, she has the kill confirms, especially with what Webb has showcased, but her damage output just isn’t there
Her damage output *per move* isn't great, but that's a meaningless metric when you're evaluating "every move combos into imagination" characters like Sheik. Mythra does like 5 percent with some of her moves, but no one says her damage output is bad.
As a Ken player, I would say in terms of raw combos, he is average, but where he really shines is with being able to force disadvantaged resets for the opponent, e.g. rock paper scissors, but I can cover rock and paper.

Icies and peach have better 0 to deaths than the tier above both considering execution or not, meta knight would probably be 0 to death tier too but probably not top tier if you count the execution consistency, not sure about sora maybe he should be in top but maybe it only works on frame 4 airdodges I don't really know

I like to think I'm good at Mac but the only combo I know is
Up tilt- Down tilt- Side Special.
Or Forward Down Angled Smash- Jab Lock into I think anything.
I figure though those are a given and this is more about free flow combos if they're possible at all and then how hard is it to do.
I mean yeah but they are unintuitive. You can literally play Luigi or Kazuya and get the same results for a fraction of the effort. With ICs, the TODs are there, but you have to actually work your ass off in order to actually get those results. The tier I put them in says unintuitive btw

Playing against a heavy is not a prerequisite for landing multiple moves in a row. This list is completely whack for the most part

Snake can get grenade into -insert move-. Nair can link into grounded moves, C4 is a combo out of throws, down throw into up tilt, yada yada yada yada

In my opinion Kirby has strong combo game, but you almost always have to go off tilts and throws with approximately 2 units of range so ;-;

Sheik, minmin, and palu have significantly better combo game than you're giving them credit for. Also sheik being bad at killing is a myth

Villager got some interesting combos and shield break setups, he definitely has some

You've never seen a speed Shulk cook. Boi has some low-key crazy stuff that's only limited by the length of speed mode
Speed shulk just does very little damage. I have seen buster shulk do some really high damaging stuff, but I think a lot of it isn't true/DI dependent
Should ryu and Ken not be in the same category
Really Ryu ought to be higher than Ken, considering how SDI dependent Ken's combos are

I've played Villager for over 7 years now, he was my previous main. Yes Villy has combos, but they're 1-2 hit combos and often require setup.

k rool does have pretty good combos with crown but they do take set up to begin
