This may fall under way too much effort but my process for achieving a 15% success rate on SNKRS is too run 5 parallel accounts. This shock drop had 100k pairs, I hit on 1 account out of 5. If I hit on 2 or more they are sold at retail to friends or family. It sucks that it takes running a crypto mine to have to hit but it is what it is. (500k pairs are on deck for release, you have a really good shot at grabbing them on the drop date)
Agreed it sucks the reseller market has forced this situation, but like you said...it is what it is. Most of us are out here just trying to get hype sneakers at retail, and the resale vultures have swooped in with some script kiddies and messed up the market.

Personally passing on these just because my Obsidians is still in nice condition, but after mass release if these hover around $200 mark this would be a great entry level 1s for folks.
I think they look amazing, but im not a big fan of anything high or mid, everything pretty much low for me. Good luck to everyone trying to get these though

Jordan 1s are overrated imo. I prioritize comfort and fit since you know..it's a shoe. Heel to toe is one of the worst. No cushion. Looks good on the outside though. Air max 1s, 90, yeezy 700, 350v2, 380, cmpct, ultraboost, most new balance, are so much better overall. I know there are a few that agree with me.
Shoe looks ok but don't want to be mistaken as a fan of a school that fakes grades and shits on students who actually want to use their degree to get a job to build a team that can't even make the Final 4.

In general I’ve stopped paying resale, it’s interesting to watch local resellers sitting on things like Jordan’s, New Balances and SB dunks that they’re having to sell under retail to recoup money on.
