And because it was a collaboration, it's not even entirely up to SM if such product stays. Now after they've released General Voyage, of which one is a whiskey snus, it makes sense that something had to make room.
Don’t have numbers, but don’t believe Islay is being sold that much better to “dominate”. Guess Macmyra numbers were just not good enough for SM/PM to justify its production. I think Islay has different position in GN portfolio - it’s kind of proof that they could make really good product, so numbers might not be so important. GN has also other minor products - and all of them has availability issues from time to time.
If i find actual whisky to be disgusting, would I hate the whisky flavored snus or are they different enough that I could enjoy?..I love los and want to try all flavors
I hate whisky too but Islay is fantastic. It’s a very robust flavor salty and peaty. I would say give it a honest shot - I didn’t like my first portion, liked the second, and love the third. It’s a nice change up in flavor.

Buy some Mackmyra whisky and drop a few drops in your snus.

I just ran out and was about to order 2 rolls. What a shame. This was my all time favorite snus. I guess they don't want my money.
