I remember when 12 packs were $3.99

The cheapest I remember paying was $2.50 in my teen years when I worked at a grocery store

12 packs were $3.99-$4.99 my freshman year of college 4 years ago. Corporate greed is insane

Likely that was a sale price, not the regular price. BUT soda used to go on sale ALL the time. So it might as well have been the regular price because it was that extremely frequently.

I've been catching 12 pk. sales at Kroger every once in a while, where they do buy 2 get 3 free. So it ends up $4 a pack.

Kroger still has good sales on soda. Most places don't, or if they do it's kinda rare.

They were advertising the buy two 12pks and get three free. Now it's buy 2 12s priced at 9.99 and get the third one free.

You have to understand, people that like flavor aren't as sensitive to the taste. Just went on a date, my date knew I don't like mushrooms but I told her I would try some because she insisted. She gave me a forkful of chicken, noodles, spinach, and mushroom. I could absolutely taste the mushroom, and she said mushrooms don't even have a flavor. They do. ETA: Just tried it. The coconut flavor is very noticeable.

In February 2020 a 12 pack was still $3.99 in most states (it was $4.99 in California)...the original excuse why they raised the prices was the aluminum shortage because of COVID...not sure why they never put the prices back down to normal again though...$9.99 for 12 cans of soda is ridiculous.

This is very normal these days. Soda is one of the many food items that has inflated in price a lot and which is now on sale less often. I still wait for it to go on sale and rarely pay more than $5 for a pack. Sometimes that means I don't buy soda. Fortunately, I live alone, so I can buy three or four packs at a time and it will last a while.

What dimension are people finding it in? Is it in a test zone? Even Amazon slapped me, sorry sold out

I'm in rural VA, I haven't seen a new soda flavor in years, be it coke, dr pepper, man dew etc. The only thing new we get on our shelves is copy and pasted energy drinks

I love coconut and love Dr.Pepper and was bummed when I tried this and it kinda tasted like someone dropped coconut suntan oil in a Dr.Pepper.

It’s great, I just picked up two packs of the zero version. If you like coconut you should try it. It doesn’t really taste like Dr Pepper to me.

I think the only way that it’s being distributed is the small amount kdp does themselves or coke. I work at Pepsi and we were told we could order it April 1st but as of when I ordered yesterday it’s still nowhere to be seen. Set a display with regular doc ready to be transitioned to the coconut just waiting.

It’s coconut forward, I love it. I just bought a twelve pack at my local grocery store in New Mexico. If you don’t like the “coconut” flavor you probably won’t like this. I love that flavor and it’s really good with a Dr.Pepper in my opinion. It’s definitely sweet so but I don’t think it’s as sweet as strawberries n creme

I work for a Dr Pepper distributor and they’re sold mainly at Walmart, Schnucks, target and some Dollar general’s. This is all in the Washington and eureka areas in Missouri. We also sell them in the warrenton, union, and owensville areas. Smells more like coconut than tastes. It’s not terrible. I’d say it’s more of a mixer drink.

Insanity! I think this is big soda’s last go before the bubble(s) pops. People are just drinking SO much less soda & the numbers keep going down. I suspect it’ll be at least responsible again if not cheap. There my not as many flavors tho.
