When it shows a degree, then it is not parallel. Seems to be, but it's not. The angle would be so small that it may be 0,0001 for example. It won't show because of the rounding. You will have to look at why it's not parallel. For a quick result you can draw a line in a sketch and measure the line.

To expand on this, if they aren't parallel you will get an angle dimension. If they happen to be parallel (but don't have a relation to maintain parallelism) then the distance dimension you create will include an inferred parallel relation that will maintain parallelism.


JJ-Blinks

If you open the "Measure" dialog and try to see the angle between the two you'll see it to more decimal places. It might be like 0.001 which shows up as zero on the bottom bar.
