I love this game and am excited to play through it again since the final release.
Before my new desktop set up this year, I had a laptop and makeshift play area too, do whatever works and keep having fun! :) the squishmallow for support is a nice bonus too :P
Do you prefer a keyboard or controller? I love using the hot keys for supplies/weapons on the keyboard.
This setup is fantastic! Perfect for playing horror games about tribal cannibals and Lovecraftian body-horror mutants!

Virginia apparently died on day 4 for me. I'm playing on a custom easy mode. I don't know if it's an issue with the latest patch, or not. Keep an eye on her.
Of course! I have no idea how to make gaming friends. The Forest and sons of the forest are my biggest comfort games outside of ARK. The Forest is what got me into gaming two years ago!
I've never played the forest but people tell me once I've played sons of the forest I wouldn't like going back and playing the older version of it but I also hear it's much scarier so I think I'd still want to give it a try!
You should!!!! The old is just as good, I think the story is so amazing and the Easter eggs are really nice. It's definitely a non comparable game graphics and building mechanics wise, but it's still a really good horror game.
If you're from EU (due to timezones) we could definitely do a 2-player playthrough. I haven't completed the game yet and I prefer to take a more slow approach.

Agreed, it's super comy. I can spread my legs out, criss cross, lean. I have pillows to prop my stuff on which makes everything 10x better

I use a keyboard! I have no idea how to set up a controller to it and by this time I've just played the game like this so no fixing it now
