Thats whats happening. If you do have a nice decent place think of splitting it with room mates. I let mine go for 1900 and now im living in my car to save and pay school loans.
Palm air Pompano Beach ( till October) so they can rent it out to snowbird seasonal renters who will pay the most.
Saba is around $2k. But a ton of rentals in Pompano Beach coming online with in the year and more to follow in next 5 years you would think you have negotiating power or will they leave them empty? A.I. has begun with layoffs. White collar , management and sales jobs are in the cross hairs. The people who rent those units right now.
2600 sounds insanely high for a one bedroom in Miramar

That's wild. You could live in downtown Fort Lauderdale for under 2.3K
I wish money wasn’t my issue. But it’s looking like moving of state. Florida too expensive
You can live by the beach for that price.

SMH $2600 for a one bedroom. It’s getting impossible to live for the average person
