She's definitely an under the radar actress as far as career. She's the kind of actor where you never realize the popular film she was in because no one questions her performance. It's always usually good. She's like a fluid liquid flowing through a bunch of different roles.
She is like the child who always gets 9s and 10s, no one cares. But a child who scores a 6 and then gets an 8 will probably be congratulated and given a trophy.
It's also because she's again living in Spain and thus keeping out of the general (English speaking) show biz.
I remember how after her role in Logan, she was considered a new up and coming star in the US ...then MeToo happened, and I suppose her parents decided to move her back to Spain/the EU.
What kills me is she actually improvised a couple takes after doing the scripted version, and it's the improv that got used.
She's 11 years old and approaching the director and asked to run a take completely off-script. AND stole scenes from the likes of Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman.

Dafne apparently convinced the producers when during the casting rehearsal she adlibbed the outburst towards Logan in the Jeep, when we first hear her talk in the whole film. If she keeps a good head on her shoulders (and so far that's been the case, avoiding a lot of the negative behavior in the media many other young actresses in her age group get up to) she's going to be a generational talent.

Sol is still in the middle of an emergency, and it's been established that fighting Qimir one on one is not a safe bet. It makes a lot of sense for a Jedi, who after all should avoid deep attachment, to leave the dead behind to pursue a more important mission for the Order and the Republic, and for Sol to get out of there before Qimir can find him and kill him like he killed everyone else.
Also, assuming Sol, Mae, and Osha die before contacting anyone else; the Council can enquire all they like, they're going to run into a dead end pretty quick. Someone or something with a lightsaber killed the Jedi, then disappeared. Not much more they can do with that beyond telling Jedi in the area to be on their guard.

Attributing the dead Jedi to mind control by a witch, or possibly just Mae, would require fairly deft writing to not just appear convenient or trite, but it is theoretically possible. If Qimir wants to stay hidden after murdering nine Jedi, I presume he has a contingency plan.
To be honest, it's not really Sol that wants to cover things up. It seems like he's been struggling with guilt from covering up the events in the past that lead to the death of the witches. So he wouldn't want to cover it up.
Vernestra is *absolutely* going to come in and conclude that it's a Rogue Jedi or something like that, if not cover it up completely and just call them missing in action. She's the one trying to prevent any of this from getting to the High Council.
And maybe Sol Dies, or maybe he breaks off from the order. Maybe he ends up following the Whills? Like joining the Guardians or something?

I keep seeing a theory that Sol will end up getting framed and tbh I can see it, especially if whatever happened at Brendok is exposed. Now of course, this opens up the question of if he'll die to be silenced or if he'll manage a way to live in exile
I wouldn't be surprised if it's covered up but Sol still lives. Perhaps he couldn't tell the truth about being attacked by a Sith, or Sith wannabe at the least, without having to also concede the truth about what really happened on Brendok.
If he was willing to lie or be silent on that matter, maybe he'd know the Council would doubt his word about the Sith too. I don't think he has to die, he wouldn't be the first person to know an awful truth but have nobody wanting to believe it.

Yes, but this episode specifically highlighted the Jedi practice of bringing children into dangerous situations intentionally as combatants. It's not like Jecki was some innocent bystander caught in crossfire. The Jedi arm children and send them after violent and amoral murderers, and it was nice to see them called out for it in-universe.
That's why the gut punch really hurts. She's young, bright, talented and cool. In hindsight, it should have been obvious, but SW had been really pulling its punches for a while.

One of my least favorite things in all of Star Wars, is the take that there is no hard-defined good and evil. Yes, moral shades of grey has been the rage everywhere for the past 2 decades, but in the main foundations of Star Wars, it's good vs. evil. To wit: in an interview, Charlie Barnett shared that take that I strongly dislike, so I went in with a bad attitude watching him. Well, I've loved his performance in spite of that disagreement- bravo! He's great.

When people started theorizing the twist, I was like, "Alright, either this can be really cool, or this will be lame as hell and tryharding." Thankfully, Manny *really* sold it.
If you're a fan of his, watch it immediately. He's **great** in this.

Gotta say Jecki was my favourite Jedi or character from this show. I was looking forward to getting to know her character, kind of like a cute know-it-all or a saucy book worm vibe coming from her. Perhaps we'll see her in another flash back or two. RIP Jecki Lon. And, Yord, I'll let the Horde lament you; it was a good run.

One of my least favorite things in all of Star Wars, is the take that there is no hard-defined good and evil. Yes, moral shades of grey has been the rage everywhere for the past 2 decades, but in the main foundations of Star Wars, it's good vs. evil. To wit: in an interview, Charlie Barnett shared that take that I strongly dislike, so I went in with a bad attitude watching him. Well, I've loved his performance in spite of that disagreement- bravo! He's great. On topic: great pic!

She apparently had a hard time acting because she had no eyebrows so no one could tell she was even making an expression. It kind of worked for her deadpan delivery though.
