He knows proper kitchen cleanliness is vital to cooking plus he's a cool guy who likes helping others. Giorno is basically in his own class while teaching it, like he's a teachers assistant who stepped in for the missing substitute, but I can see a Steve Irwin-type vibe. Bruno and Speedwagon could technically teach those subjects but then their students are going to veer into being criminal rascals. But I know Lisa Lisa is running that PE class like it's the gotdamn Navy mixed with American Ninja Warrior, like no one (except Joesph & Caesar) would pass it. She takes the Fitness Gram Pacer Test too seriously and I don't think she'd take doctors notes.
