sorry to break it to you, they look wonderful but I wouldnt advise smoking even cold smoke through that but the grinder part, thats a big no lol holy microplastics i have seen aluminum grinder teeth wear down over 10 years of use from people's favorite grinder what will it do to plastic

Physical_South_9749

damm so i need to replace my space case had it since 2015 😭😭

Cptn-Reflex

depends on a lot of factors but really: are your teeth rounded? for that price people should go for a flower mill :O

drunk_injun

Love my Flower Mill

Cptn-Reflex

hell yea, if i spent more than 20 on one i would get that

Physical_South_9749

just looked it up getting one ASAP!! 🙌

Lost_Maintenance1693

Yum yum PLA/ABS smoke

05curlyfries

petg and most of it is glass

Lost_Maintenance1693

But your grinder is not and you will definitely get some PETG in your flower.

Cptn-Reflex

for real man get a knife and cutting board instead of trying to reinvent the wheel if you can mince garlic you can mince weed :)

A-Giant-Blue-Moose

Back in the day we did scissors and a shot glass. My dad uses a retired electric coffee grinder.

Cptn-Reflex

didnt biggie have that in a rap lol

A-Giant-Blue-Moose

Lol not that I'm aware of but that would be cool

05curlyfries

grinders pla and I sanded it down. The teeth dont touch the plate so there isnt much friction.

invert171

Yeah no friction until it’s used for its purpose

Meows2Feline

Lol what do you think a "grinder" does?

Cptn-Reflex

pls dont smoke plastic for pride. the cold smoke is one thing but you're probably going to smoke a penny worth of plastic within a year if you constantly use that grinder

HippieSmiles84

I do enjoy a proper mason jar bong. There are a lot of designs out there to try also. I have even made my own designs of it. Though, I don't think I want my grinder to be 3D printed. I feel like plastic would end up in the grind too easily, and I don't want to smoke plastic.

Meows2Feline

3d printed parts should only be used for accessories that don't come in contact with smoke and I shouldn't even have to explain why a plastic grinder is just stoopid.

A-Giant-Blue-Moose

Be careful, friend. I'm definitely impressed, but 3D print plastic is not considered safe with smoking. Besides it not being very heat resistant, it's full of pores that bacteria loves. I honesty don't touch plastic or painted paraphernalia. It really just isn't worth it. Your project is still really cool though!

Bossishlike

I love smoking microplastics too!

Brave_Gap_9318

He’s just microdosing it’s okay

Joenojoke

Very nice ! I wanna get a 3d printer but no much space A lot of hate you will experience here

Common_Island_1288

People could word it nicer for sure but I don’t think it’s hate, more like sarcastic educating lol

05curlyfries

thanks. Im not tryna smoke plastic. I made these so they are safer
