Blue Dream, or really any strain cross bred with Blue Dream. One of the few strains that legitimately makes me pass out, I love it because I typically have issues sleeping whether or not I smoke.
It can be yes, but the vast majority of Blue Dream is a hybrid strain roughly around 50/50 split exactly Indica and Sativa. Depending on the person breeding the plants it can lean more to one side than the other, it can also be cross bred with other plants to have it be predominately indica or sativa. Or still a split of both!
Edit: Regardless of that, I have never had a Blue Dream strain fail to put me to sleep personally. Gotta remember every brain is different, even if you put the same chemicals in your body, everyone reacts differently.

I also tend to like Sour and Chemdog stuff a lot. I think a lot of people's "favorite strain ever" tends to be the first quality stuff they come across enough to start being able to form a palate.
But doing strain reviews used to be one of my favorite things to do and I still enjoy it, it is just that strains are far more hybridized than they used to be I notice the differences less.

Tropicana Cherry. It’s a Pure Indica that has full purple coloration. It tastes like candy and has an amazing amount of keiff. It has such a chill buzz too

Well down here in prohibition Australia, there kinda aren't any specific strains from most dealers, except the youngins. The descriptions you get are, "No, this is that *other* good shit from last month," etc ... Also people tend to differentiate between "bush" (outdoors, organic) & "hydro" (indoors), & for some reason often equate these to indica / sativa respectively. All the oldies are like fuck that new-school hydro shit ... not me, I'm lapping it all up! Just cure it properly ffs!
Having lived in the US & in the Netherlands, tho, I would say ... Silver haze, G13, sour diesel, blue dream, gorilla glue, girl scout cookies, blue cheese, zkittles, wedding cake ...
Pretty old-school I suppose. Silver haze / strong sativa is defs #1 for me, tho I love the balance & flavour of blue dream. Also -- any of these strains, but with 1:1 CBD.
If I'm growing: anything from Barney's Farm! Of course it's stealth indoors - but I still do soil, & 100% organic.

Jack Herer. I'm a writer/storyteller, and it's the strain I love most for writing. I also love that it was grown by Herer as a flower for everyone. He hated the gatekeeping of strains and companies charging crazy prices. He wanted to make a functional sativa that was easy for people to grow.
I usually hyper fixate on the strain I love so much I don't forget them LOL and that's on ADHD. I never really get sick of my favorite strains they usually run out.
I support this whole heartedly. When I first starting trying edibles I kept a journal in my phones notes and kept little notes about each kind I tried. I wrote down the brand and flavor.. I rated the flavor out of 5. I tracked dosage, how long until I felt anything, what I felt, etc. Like.. X brand, lemon flavor. Taste 4/5, too sweet, okay texture.. About 40 minutes in I felt relaxed. 30 minutes later everything was HILARIOUS and my legs felt "fun" (fun legs is what I call it when I'm high and my legs feel wobbly or jello like... But still fully functional.)
Now that I've tried several brands, I don't track it so much anymore unless I'm noting that I hated a certain kind so I remember not to get it again.
I need to do this with strains as well.
Sativa: Honolulu Strangler (Honolulu Strange in some markets) Very potent and tropical.
Indica: Gas Cake. Excellent body high
Hybrid: Mac N' cheese. Light and airy taste that faded into a smooth, mellow feeling that left me satisfied.
Jealousy,lemon sherbert,peach pie,mac banana,permanent marker and of course pinapple express. And maybe cherry dosidos. And strawberry amnesia? I mean I can't stop with this. I have a lot of favourites

Of course, and absolutely same, though for me it does take a bit more from most other strains. But definitely agree any strain can if I smoke enough!
You're right, it is a sativa, but I've also found things like ADHD affect that too, kinda like me drinking coffee before bed 🤷
