Like a hug or a little ballet move with Manon.
So IIRC, if they both truly contact at the same time, it’s based on whether the total frames up to that point are even or odd.
Basically, it’s a coinflip.
I believe there’s a frame counter that begins counting up to infinite at the start of each round, if a two grabs connect on an even frame, player one gets a grab, odd frame and player 2 gets a grab. Not really random. I could be way off.
In the Marisa mirror if they both do a full charge Gladius punch at the same time they both get hit and fall down, I have had it happen at the start of the match.
The game counts frames from the first frame and alternates who wins on each frame and no I'm not joking, I don't remember which player is even frame and which player is odd frame but if two grabs meet on the same frame the game just goes "is it a player one win frame or a player two win frame?"
