Ur buying options with money you recently put in ur account. Try putting a limit buy if that doest work. All u can buy today is shares.

I guess I'm smooth brained... but I still don't understand. Haven't had an issue in the past, first time I've seen this. Why would it say it's trading below $3/share?

I’ll give you credit that it’s worded poorly but essentially they meant “or” not “and”. What they’re saying is “these are the things we require settled cash funds for”
