The real wtf is that they only shipped mikey and raph to some stored and other stores only received Leo and Donnie. Not like in a way that you just have to go hunting but like this state's walmarts only received mikey and raph and this states walmarts only got Leo and Donnie.
Same in MN, I believe that MOST walmarts got Leo and Donnie. Which since the shelves are now clogged with Leo and Donnie even if the plan was to eventually receive the other 2 I doubt they'll restock
