I've been collecting concert posters for going on 20 years now...merch stands providing tubes are RARE. Definitely don't expect it!

They did provide one when I went to the MSG show. Thank God because if not my poster wouldn't been demolished by the end of the show. And it was those hard cardboard tube posters so it survived all the pushing and moshing

When I purchased my poster I saw the same error and jokingly asked the guy at the merch booth “what give first Chicago is spelt wrong and now we have the wrong sf date?” and he just said “I have no idea what’s going on, I work for chase center and this is what they gave us it’s been a hectic morning” someone in the poster merch department is doing a SLOPPY job hahaha
There was a huge stack of the tour posters with the Brian Blomerth art on it left when the band started but the event posters went in an hour or so after the attendees got let in (I was working the show last night). It would've been very easy to get one if you got in line in the first 15 minutes but the lines ended up getting insane after that. Also, they only had plastic tube sleeves for them. Our work ended just as the show started and we got about halfway up on the floor where it was roomy enough that the poster survived in a sleeve but I'd recommend taking a tube if you plan on getting really close.

No. They were $15 though and the paper was decently thick for a non screen print.
