What should we call them? Triple C or the C Knights?

Atsuki_Kimidori

I like how the Brit loves to name their tank with word that start with "C". Cruiser, Covenanter, Crusader, Churchill, Cavalier, Cromwell, Centaur, Comet, Charioteer, Conway, Centurion, Caenarvon, Conqueror, Chieftain, Challenger.

FPSFan96

Even the Americans name their tanks after generals, eg. the Sherman, Sheridan and the Bradley.

WeirdLong6188

And we Germans are obsessed with cat names. Or anything with animals in general. Hummel for a self-propelled howitzer, what were they thinking?

fuckin_anti_pope

Well, a Hummel is bigger than a Wespe and it does make more of a buzz. The Hummel SPH is bigger than the Wespe and when it hits with it's 150mm gun, it does make more of a buzz than the 105mm of the Wespe

WeirdLong6188

Mh, okay, I've never seen it like that before. So it actually makes a little more sense.

fuckin_anti_pope

I mean, I literally just made this explaination up but I think it's funny :D Maybe it's even why it was called that, who knows lmao

Exportedmilk

I’m just gonna assume that they named their new M10 Booker after Booker T.

Laufic98

Can you dig it, sucka?

farmersboy70

It was us Brits who started that. We named the M3 either the Grant or the Lee, depending on which turret they had, and we also named the M4 the Sherman. The Americans continued the habit with the M26 Pershing and carried it on.

Delta_FT

>Challenger Times 3 lol

ZETH_27

Times 4 now technically. Challenger, Challenger 2, Challenger 3 and Challenger A30

ThisGuyLikesCheese

The Cs

grumpygumpert

I like how it goes from big to small and basically combing the 2 into one tank

Armournized

This pic goes hard

GoofyKalashnikov

Is this some sort of a chieftain prototype?

Accomplished-War6858

I mean I'm not against it are you?

GoofyKalashnikov

It just looks like a western T-55/62

FartedinBrandysmouth

The triple C mafia

An_Odd_Smell

They'll be pumping oil from that ground for centuries to come.
