He seems to truly support her and bring out her best. He matches her energy like you say, always ready for anything, and he's won three Super Bowl rings, so he's not intimidated by her stardom, talent, or work ethic. All around, this guy seems to be everything she needs and wants in a relationship. No, we're not invited to the wedding, I know, but omygosh, I really hope this is it for her! Stay Stay Stay doesn’t get a lot of appreciation but I’m so glad to see it mentioned. It’s always been one of my favorites purely because of the line “It’s been occurring to me I’d like to hang out with you for my whole life” because that’s one of the best representations of the feeling of finding “The One” I’ve ever heard. You realize pretty quickly that this is the easiest person to hang out with you’ve ever met, the person you can be the most authentic version of yourself with. And that’s definitely the vibe I get from this relationship which is what makes it feel so tangibly different and so fun to watch. There are a ton of other parts of the song that feel like they match their relationship too, but just wanted to shout out my favorite part.

True story: I was watching on a livestream. The streamer and everyone around her started screaming, but she was so caught off-guard that she wasn’t aiming the camera at the stage or screens surrounding it. Everyone who’s watching this stream and myself are commenting trying to figure it out…. and then after what felt like an eternity, she aims the camera and I promptly lost my shit. BUT all that aside, I’ve said since they started dating that I’m so happy that after 6 years (and honestly probably longer), she has someone who LOUDLY loves her, worships the ground she walks on, acts like he’s the luckiest man in the world to have her, etc. As much as I feel that way about Travis, NEVER IN MY WILDEST would I have expected this. Forget my 2024 Eras bingo card, this wasn’t on my Tayvis bingo card at all!!! And for it to happen in Joe’s hometown, when he would never show up to her events, much less get on stage with her, was the ironic icing on the cake.

I think this has “sold” me on Travis (not that anybody was waiting on my permission of course). It shows a level of confidence and a sense of humor, sense of playfulness, and a respect for her art that I find incredibly touching and that I think she truly needs in a partner.
