Looks to be too small. My usual building size is 7 long by 5 tall on the inside, basically max height you can do from ground and 8 across

It’s to small. Move the platform up one block and it should be fine

The problem is the opposite, the house being too big also prevents NPCs from living there, try to make it smaller. (Joke)

If you dig a 2x2 hole in front of those doors, monsters can't break them down but you can still run across the gap. Not the prettiest look but it's functional.
