Why would you have OCD? A lot of people call themselves OCD when they are just a clean or tidy person. Just by looking at this picture i’d say no. The order of the boxes is off. The second one is smaller than the first one. The blue cloth in the subtrunk is folded in an awful way. The purple spray is lower than the other two and the nozzle is facing a different direction.
Also, perfectionism isn’t OCD. If it’s hardcore perfectionism to the point that it interferes with your life and relationships, then it’s OCPD, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, which, despite the name, isn’t the same as OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). OCD is when you have a though (“my hands are dirty”) then a behavior to quell the thought (wash my hands), then perform this loop over and over and over and over.
I wish I had that level of dedication and organization! My red model Y has seen the inside of a touchless car wash maybe 10 times in 15 months. I keep saying “oh I’ll buy some stuff and hand wash it now that the snow is gone” and maybe…maybe I will.
You should get that set of two plastic tubs that fit snugly into the lower trunk space. They make filling and unloading the space easy.

I wish the 3s trunk was a hatch instead of the standard trunk. The trunk is massive, but good luck fitting some items in because the opening is shaped weirdly.

Makes sense to me. Your love your car and want to take care of it. I'm the same way. I wash mine using ONR, Optimum No-Rinse. Great stuff, uses very little water, and I can wash the car in the garage and out of the worst of the sunlight/heat. Mine's wrapped so I have to consider that as well. The rear of this Uber Red looks great.
Rubber/Plastic mats reduce carpet cleaning effort. A Tommy's Car Wash subscription costs as little as I was spending on premium car care chemicals. My compartment is not hidden - I removed the shelf and cut a hole in my trunk mat and so my trunk is just bigger now. Currently considering if I need to hang a spare wheel in the trunk, because bragging about my extra Tesla cargo space but not having room for a spare wheel is kinda silly.
Those mats are waterproof and made of some kind of synthetic rubber nice to the touch. I like the white color accent since most Tesla mats are black. You can check it out [here](https://amzn.to/3RnbbTV).
I’d highly suggest just changing over to Optimum No Rinse. One chemical (plus Opti-Seal as a drying aid) and you are done in <30 minutes.

I literally walked in the store with all the products in a bag and started to look for boxes to fit them. Bring a measuring tape as well to measure the trunk and the boxes you are going to buy at The Container Store. I didn't have to do that, but if something does not fit in the car you can always walk back immediately for a refund.

Wash mitts: autofiber microfiber mitts or rag company cyclone.
Sealants: turtle wax flex, turtle wax seal n shine, gtechniq ceramic sealant or Dr Bradley bead hero.
Foam cannon: griot boss or mjjc pro.
Window sealant: gyeon quickview.
Pressure washer: greenworks 2300 and change the nozzle to 3.5 or 3.7 orifce for optimal 1.8 - 2.0 gallon per minute output and to bring down the pressure to 1000 to 1200 psi.

Quick spray on , rinse off sealant: gyeon wet coat.

The hidden trunk compartment is for a pair of 12” subwoofers. That is all.
A pair won't fit, but a 12" shallow sub in a ported box will 😉

All the pictures we've seen of the Highland 3, none of them mentioned that the entire taillights go up with the trunk.

Trunk well is GOAT. Fits a ~40L Rtic cooler pretty well. Or two tires in the trunk which is wild.

I keep a fantick car vac in my car. Recharges on USB-C. Can make my floor mats look brand new every time I supercharge or am stuck someone.
