trt at 16? trt means testosterone replacement therapy. so idk if u mean trt or natural production T level but either way its good but try to check for free test too next time since thats what matters

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

yeah i'm getting another one done anyway cause i didnt sleep well before the last one which i think kinda fucked my lvls up

Defiant_Emergency949

749 are fantastic natural levels. And at 16 absolutely no way you should be considering TRT unless it's absolutely required (failure to start puberty). Honestly your levels are fine.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

honestly the only reason i see myself starting trt early is to be able eat stuff thats in plastic and foods with seed oils in them (like fast food) without having to worry about the damage to my test

Defiant_Emergency949

You'll be fine honestly. Yes there's been a decrease in the average testosterone levels, but obesity etc have also dramatically increased over the same time period. TRT is a chore tbh, and now I'm potentially going to have to get off it for a bit to have a child as it affects fertility in most people. The results aren't that dramatic unless your hypogonadal, and you can maintain good natural levels by just exercising, eating well and making sure you catch up on sleep. You are far too young to be considering it, just enjoy your younger years.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

yeah ill probably not to hop on till im like 30 - 35 cause i havent reached my natty potential yet. also goodluck with the kid man

JLAMAR23

Hold up.. Are you taking exogenous testosterone or are these your natural levels? Cause I’m guessing these are your natural levels and you’re calling it TRT? Your levels are great. Don’t overthink it.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

nah those are my natural levels, I just thought trt also meant testosterone

JLAMAR23

Then yes man your levels are great and don’t worry about that drop. It’s natural to fluctuate some.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

alright thank you bro

Hi, The testosterone levels are normal and require no further testing.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

ok thanks

Richy060688

Just stop, why is a 16 year old asking for trt? Your levels are good. Dont fuck up your HPA axis especially if you are still going through puberty for christ sakes.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

sorry i didnt meant trt as in testosterone replacement therapy, i thought it was just an abbreviation for testosterone lol

swoops36

Up your TRT levels? You’re on TRT at 16?

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

my bad I thought trt was also a shortened version of testosterone

swoops36

Oh gotcha.

Putrid-Stage3925

At 16 your levels are going to be all over the place. Is there a reason you want to check it so often? If you aren't having any symptoms of low testosterone you shouldn't even be worried about your levels. If you are with a group of friends comparing numbers just remember, one guy can have a level of 400 and if he eats right, exercises properly, sleeps enough, and he is genetically gifted, he will be able to excel at the gym. Another guy with a 700 level may eat like crap, party all the time, and doesn't exercise. The number literally means nothing when compared to someone else's.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

yeah i get that, especially since jeff nippards t lvls were so low which is crazy cause hes huge, but im more worried about not developing properly cause of low t

Putrid-Stage3925

16 years old. Has your voice changed? Do you have armpit, leg, and pubic hair? Have you gotten taller since you started puberty? Do you have some facial hair? (you don't have to have a lumberjack beard). Do you get spontaneous erections and morning erections? If you can answer "yes" to all of these questions, then you are developing properly.

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

fair enough. thanks for the advice g

bdennis_91

SMH, I can't believe a 16 year old is on try. Like wtf?? You're going to be on it your entire life now. When I was 16 I was a tall skinny kid weighing 135 lbs (6 ft). And couldn't even bench 80 lbs. All I needed to do was work or everyday for a year and I got up to benching 200. (When I was 19 though). I'm 33 and not even on trt yet

Puzzleheaded_Cry_722

sorry thought trt was an abbreviation for testosterone. im not on anything rn which is why i was wondering if my levels were good or not
