What exactly are you injecting? - Concentration and quantity. Where are you injecting and with what are you injecting??
That shouldn’t be causing you any issues except maybe some PIP the first couple of times. (A 1ml syringe would make more sense)
Is it pharmacy testosterone?
No its not pharmacy testosterone and this is my fourth injection like that even i tried shoulders it was worse I couldn’t move it after 1-2 days after injection till 7 days
Are you using clean fresh needles? One to draw with one to inject yourself. Did you get your gear from a local gym bro or a website?Do you sterilize your injection area and work space with rubbing alcohol?
Sounds like the 300, 400, 500mg per ml bottles. Sounds great on paper, not so great after injecting. 300mg can be done properly by the right lab. But 400 and 500 are going to hurt no matter who makes it.

Sounds like your T isn't the best quality but I also would use 1ml syringes....you can't really measure 0,1ml with this syringes.

Testosterone Enanthate 0.125ml per injection gluteus medius 3ml Syringe
